At Mobsuccess Group, I lead the web and generative AI engineering teams — building AI-powered platforms, shipping full-stack products, and driving GenAI adoption across the company. That’s my day job, and it’s the foundation of everything I know about putting AI into production.
On the side, I coach teams and businesses through their own AI journey. The gap between what AI can do and what most companies actually do with it — that’s where I find the most interesting work. Strategy, architecture, hands-on implementation — I bring the same rigour I apply at Mobsuccess to every engagement.
In parallel, I taught full-stack development and generative AI for two years at EPF Engineering School. Teaching sharpened how I explain and structure complex ideas — a skill that turns out to be just as useful in consulting as in a classroom.
How I work
Pragmatic, hands-on, built for autonomy
I don’t do strategy decks that end up in a drawer. I look at what’s in place, we define the target together, and I build the first version — with your team if you have one, or hands-on for you if you don’t. The goal: you’re autonomous when I leave.
It always starts with understanding your reality. Your constraints, where your team is at, what success actually means for you — not in theory, in practice. That’s what shapes the work, long before any code gets written.
